Generate a client-ready SharePoint report in minutes — live site inventory from Microsoft Graph, plus storage, usage and activity from your own exported M365 reports.
Sign in with your own Microsoft 365 account, drop in a usage report export, and get a branded, print-ready report. Nothing runs through our servers, ever.
Your browser talks to Graph directly.
We never see or keep your data.
No registration on our side.

Nowhere near us — this tool is genuinely 100% client-side, in two parts. Site inventory: sign in directly with Microsoft, then the Microsoft Graph API is called from your own browser using your own access token. Storage, usage and activity: Microsoft doesn't allow browsers to fetch those specific reports directly (a restriction on Microsoft's end, not something we can bypass) — so you export them once from the M365 admin center and drop the file in below, and it's parsed locally using your browser's file reader. Either way, nothing is sent to or stored on Salman IT Tools' servers. The report only ever exists in your browser tab, and disappears when you close it.
Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account to pull live site inventory (Sites.Read.All). Some tenants require a Global Administrator or SharePoint Administrator to approve this the first time — that's a one-time consent per tenant, not something needed on every visit.
From the SharePoint site usage report you imported in step 3 — leave this empty and it just won't show.
Sites visible to the signed-in account via Microsoft Graph.
| Site Name | URL | Template | Last Modified |

Tenant-wide file activity counts from the imported SharePoint activity report.
From the imported user activity report — ranked by total file activity (viewed/edited + synced + shared) over the period.

Generated with the free SharePoint Report Builder at salmanittools.co.uk. This report shows aggregate storage, inventory and activity metrics only — not a full per-action audit trail.
You sign in with your own Microsoft 365 account using the button above — a standard Microsoft sign-in popup, not a form on this site. Some tenants will ask a Global Admin or SharePoint Admin to approve this the first time.
Your browser calls graph.microsoft.com directly using your own token to pull live site inventory — name, URL, template, last activity.
Storage, usage and activity reports can't be fetched the same way — Microsoft Graph redirects those specific requests to a download link that browsers aren't allowed to follow cross-origin. So you export the report once from the M365 admin center and drop the CSV in below; it's parsed with JavaScript's FileReader, entirely on your device.
Everything renders locally into the report below. Use "Export / Print Report" to save a branded PDF for a client — nothing is uploaded anywhere in this process.
Every SharePoint site visible to the signed-in account — name, URL, template and last activity. Fetched live, automatically.
Per-site storage used, file counts and page views — from a usage report you export once and drop in.
Tenant-wide and per-user activity — viewed/edited, synced, shared internally and externally — from an imported activity export.
One click turns the on-screen dashboard into a clean, print-ready report for a client.
